Privacy Policy

CV & ResumePro: AI Recruiter (“CV & ResumePro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) helps users draft, review, and improve resumes through a guided mobile experience.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and how users can contact us.

Information handled by the app

Depending on how you use CV & ResumePro, the app may ask you to enter resume-related information such as:

Name and preferred resume name
Target job title, industry, company, and role preferences
Work history, education, skills, accomplishments, projects, certifications, and similar resume content
Contact details you choose to include in your resume draft
Files you choose to select for the “Fix My Resume” workflow

On-device storage

The current mobile build stores resume answers and generated resume drafts locally on your device so you can continue editing and previewing your resume.

For the current release, CV & ResumePro does not transmit this resume content to Micro-Infusions or to third parties from the app.

Resume files

If you choose a PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPG, or JPEG file in the “Fix My Resume” screen, the current release uses the selected file name to show that a file was selected. The current release does not upload the file to our servers.

AI features

CV & ResumePro presents an AI-assisted resume workflow. In the current mobile build, resume drafting and review behavior is handled within the app experience and does not send resume answers, uploaded files, or generated resume drafts to an external AI service.

If a future version enables cloud processing, account sync, paid export, or external AI review, we will update this Privacy Policy and app disclosures before collecting or transmitting that information. Where required, the app will ask for consent before sending resume content outside the device.

How information is used

Information entered into the app is used to:

Create and preview resume drafts
Guide follow-up resume questions
Show recruiter-style resume improvement suggestions
Prepare a resume preview and export workflow
Remember drafts locally on the device

We do not sell users’ personal information.

For the current release, we do not share resume content, selected resume files, or locally saved resume drafts with other companies or organizations from the app.

Current release data safety summary: CV & ResumePro does not collect or share user data off the device in the uploaded Android release.

Children’s privacy

CV & ResumePro is intended for adults preparing job applications and resumes. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data security

Resume information can be sensitive. The current release keeps resume drafts on the device. You should protect your device with appropriate security controls, such as a passcode or biometric lock.

No digital service or device storage method can guarantee complete security.

Deleting information

You can clear locally stored app information by deleting the app from your device or clearing the app’s local data where your operating system allows it.

If a future version adds accounts or cloud storage, we will provide instructions for requesting account and data deletion.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
