These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CV & ResumePro: AI Recruiter. By downloading, accessing, or using CV & ResumePro, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your country or region.
About the service
CV & ResumePro provides tools for drafting, reviewing, improving, previewing, and preparing resumes. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the app evolves.
Resume accuracy and career decisions
CV & ResumePro is designed to assist with resume preparation. You are responsible for reviewing all resume content before using it in a job application, interview, or professional setting.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
- Submit content you do not have the right to use
- Use the app to create deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, or misleading materials
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent security features of the service, except where applicable law permits
Premium features and purchases
CV & ResumePro may offer paid exports, subscriptions, one-time purchases, or other premium features in future versions. Pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the applicable store’s payment, renewal, and refund rules.
Intellectual property
CV & ResumePro, including its design, software, branding, templates, and original content, is owned by Micro-Infusions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app.
You retain ownership of the resume information you enter. You are responsible for ensuring that your resume content is accurate and lawful.
Third-party services
Future versions may rely on third-party services for AI processing, analytics, payments, storage, authentication, or platform functionality. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CV & ResumePro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Micro-Infusions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost income, employment decisions, or other losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on resume content prepared with the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users or the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
