These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Lingo Pro: AI Translation for Travel. By downloading, accessing, or using Lingo Pro, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your country or region.
About the service
Lingo Pro provides tools for translating text, speech, and images. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the app evolves. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service where reasonably necessary.
Translation accuracy
Machine-generated translations may contain errors or omit context. Lingo Pro is intended to assist with travel communication and general understanding.
Device permissions and submitted content
Some features require access to your camera, microphone, or photo library. You can manage these permissions through your device settings, though disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
You retain responsibility for text, audio, and images you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use that content and grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide the requested feature.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems
- Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent security features of the service, except where applicable law permits
- Submit content that infringes another person’s rights
- Use automated means to extract data from the service without written permission
Premium features, subscriptions, and ads
Lingo Pro may offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or advertising in future versions. Pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the applicable store’s payment, renewal, and refund rules.
Intellectual property
Lingo Pro, including its design, software, branding, and original content, is owned by Micro-Infusions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app.
Third-party services
The app may rely on third-party translation, speech, image recognition, analytics, payment, advertising, or platform services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lingo Pro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Micro-Infusions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss arising from reliance on a translation, inability to use the app, or use of third-party services.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users or the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
